Pricing & Payments

How does the points system work?
Our service operates on a points system. You can purchase points and use them for various services:
  • 1 point per CV analysis
  • 1 point per motivation letter analysis
  • 1 point per CV creation
  • 1 point per motivation letter creation
Are refunds available?
No Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Points purchased cannot be refunded once added to your account, regardless of whether they have been used or not.

Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months after the date of purchase. We recommend using your points within this timeframe to get the most value from our services.
